My baby constantly wants to nurse and mostly is just sucking to soothe

My son is 2 weeks old and he's been nursing every hour just to soothe. He only drinks for like 10 minutes and the rest is just sucking to soothe. Even when he's not hungry he fusses until I give him the boob. What do I do? Ive been going with it but it's too much not to have a single second to put him down. Is there any other way I can soothe him? His not wanting to take a binky.
