Anybody else?

Im a FTM and am also almost 6 weeks postpartum and breastfeeding. I logged my lochia as a period on glow mostly to keep track of it in case my ob asked me any questions about it. It says ill start my actual period tomorrow and Ive honestly had a bit or cramping today which would be normal if im actually starting tomorrow. Has anybody else had their period this soon after delivery? Or is it probably just random cramping? My lochia stopped about week 4. Also im breastfeeding so i kind of just assumed that I wouldn't get it this early.
