When to buy furniture for nursery?

Ladies who didn’t have a nursery set up prior to finding out you’re pregnant, when did you or do you plan on buying furniture to set up your nursery?

We bought when we found a deal in both cases for our kiddos.  This pregnancy it was around 12 weeks I think but couldn’t pass up a good price on the set we wanted.  I think it just depends on when your ready and did what your looking for.

Crib&mattress& glider 23 weeks,dresser barley now 35 weeks🤦🏻‍♀️😂 everything else like accessories could wait😏

Bought all the furniture around 23 weeks, nursery was completely set up at 27 weeks.
Also had all clothes and bedding washed and put away around then too.

We’re gonna have baby in our room. Just ordered a dresser and bassinet at 31 weeks because stuff takes longer to ship where we are located.

We got a set of 3 (dresser, side table, chest of drawers) when i was around 15 weeks pregnant, my in laws bought my crib when i was about 22 weeks and our nursery was complete by 34 weeks (paint, floor, furniture, clothes, etc)

My husband and I waited until after the baby shower since this is our first baby. Now we are just getting last minute things like a dresser and organizer. We were very blessed by our families that were willing to get most of the big stuff for us.
