Sacral dimple?

So my daughter has what I think is a sacral dimple. Is this normal? I am going to ask her doctor but I feel like it’s so noticeable? Does they cause problems?

My son has one . They are supposed to check for one at the hospital newborn check . Our pediatrician missed it. I noticed when he was almost a year old when he rolled over during a diaper change and I was shocked. It was really deep and tucked in. My son had gross motor delays that I was already concerned about and when I brought up the dimple they made us get an MRI to check for tethered cord syndrome. Luckily it wasn't that but just a weird fiberous band. If they are younger than 4 months they can check with ultrasound . 
If it's really deep is mention it to your pediatrician but typically if it's deep enough to be a concern they catch it at birth. A shallow dimple is perfectly normal ! It's likely totally fine

Definitely get it checked out. Most are not an issue but they can be an indication of Spina Bifida. I think it’s a test similar to an ultrasound that they do to have a look and make sure her spine is okay and nothing is  tethered. If you don’t have any developmental concerns I wouldn’t be overly worried but still needs to be looked at. I’m surprised it hasn’t been noticed by her doctor as it is noticeable.

I have one and it could be a sign of spinal Bifeda I believe (possibly not spelled correctly) but not necessarily it’s one of multiple other symptoms so I’m sure your baby is fine and it’s basically just like I believe when the skin and bones were growing like it got pinched inside the bones 🤷‍♀️ idk I’m fine but I also have the back dimples and I have hip dips so it just seems like all the spots on between bones like my skin is kinda sunk in haha idk
