Is it possible to spoil a baby?

My baby is 2 months old and everyone thinks he’s spoiled just because he likes to be held and he likes to be rocked to sleep. Hearing this makes me feel guilty became I’m trying to get him on a “sleep schedule” and trying hard every day to get him to know the difference between night and day and just stressing about his sleeping hanits in general. Hearing people say he’s spoiled makes me feel like as a parent I’m doing something wrong by comforting him.
