New Apartment self clean?

Lanise • MUA Make Up Artist💄

Hi ladies so i need some advice. So i just moved into my first apartment which is kinda expensive ($1,050 monthly) but i can afford it. I’ve been so excited and i couldn’t wait. So a week before my move in date my landlord told me they were almost done with construction. It’s old like a mid evil times/Victorian style type which i loved and made me want to move here. It was construction going on in it for renovations like updating toilets redoing the kitchen and stuff but still old like in the living room and dining which i loved. So my problem is there are muddy like footprints on my living and dinning floor because i like in Ohio so it’s cold snowy and wet rn in the winter. So i thought no biggy my landlord said she will have them clean. Now because it’s completely renovated there was a lot of dust, access plaster dust ALL OVER PLACE meaning i can’t even lean on the wall without my black coat having sit on the arm sleeve. It’s on every wall and even the kitchen which is gross. Plaster dust all of the walls from the tile on the walls in the kitchen and bathroom and dust all on the walls of the dining bedroom and living room. Now i know when you move in you’re supposedly clean a little yourself like disinfect the counters/shelves, surfaces and stuff but i am mopping floors 3 times in 2 days because they are so dirty. I mopped once and the next day the baby crawled on the floor and her hands and knees were gray from the dust and dirt on the floor. Luckily i caught it before she put her hands in her mouth. Next day i mopped again and 3 hours after it dried i walked barefoot and the floor felt dirty. I could feel the paint specs on the floor from them not covering the floor before they painted the walls. I bought an air mattress because i was waiting to bring my bed because i didn’t want anything in the cleaners way of blocking them clean the floors and the walls. But there was something stuck in the floor that was so sharp that it popped my brand new air mattress. The floors need to be deep cleaned and waxed. She had someone come do the floors but that was done before me and the baby came and the baby’s knees and hand and my feet were covered it dirt. On top of that i almost fell out the damn bedroom window which broken because when you open it it falls back down to slam stir and there is not screen on it. So to top it all off there is NO hot water. Only lukewarm. The hottest it gets is lukewarm to wash a baby that’s it. So my 4 hours of giving my damn walls a bath, mopping so many times. I’m so sweaty and dirty and it’s 4 am now and i want to take a shower but BOOM NO HOT WATER. So i shower at my old place because I hadn’t turned my keys in yet go back to my new place to sleep and i find the air mattress is stuck on something so sharp that it ripped the mattress. It’s 5 am at this point so i just tape it up enough to fill it and sleep a few hours... just to be waken up at 7am to my neighbors having sex. I’ve called my landlord to tell her how disappointed and upset i am and how this apartment may look nice and empty but it’s not clean! But it’s Sunday so no answer of course. But tell me ladies is the cleaning thing my problem? I was told i would of course have tic clean my own toilet, shower and disinfect and stuff but to have to give my damn walls a bath is a lot. I mean since there was so much construction shouldn’t there have been a professional team to come deep clean from all the debris left behind after so much construction. Instead of having. Only little lady come clean it? Sorry for the book
