How do you keep conversation interesting?

I'm stuck at home during the winter just go grocery shopping I stay home cook breakfast, clean, rest, clean pick up, cook lunch, shower, cook dinner play with children take care of them throughout the day.

So when I'm on the phone they say what do you do all day

It sounds boring like oh you know I'm cooking cleaning next day ring what are you doing they know I'm taking care of the kids

How do you guys keep up with relatives and friends family lol

What do you guys do what makes your life interesting and can I message anyone here I want to talk to another stay at home mom make friendships.
