Breaking up with someone you love Bc you want different things

I’m a hot mess right now. I’ve been seeing this guy for a year who I am crazy in love with. He feels the same way but he wants to wait until he can see that we are making over 6 figures a year before having a kid. I’m 33. He’s 39. I want a baby before I’m 35 and I’m scared that if I wait for our financial situation to change hopefully that it could be too late and that I could waste time potentially meeting someone else who doesn’t have all these requirements in order to have a baby. I understand Where he is coming from and I respect it completely. Just not sure what to do. Any advice?
