People use them who aren’t having sex to get pregnant— like lesbian couples and men who have issues finishing from sex— as a vehicle to get the semen to the vagina so the sperm can swim up. They are NOT meant to be left inside. That’s a one way ticket to an infection and they will do absolutely nothing to help you conceive.
