I’m not even joking. Should I tell my doc tomorrow?

So I’m gonna be 20 weeks tomorrow with my third baby. I have a appointment tomorrow for the anatomy scan(FINALLLY) lol but I’m really concerned. 
I’ve had two healthy natural babies before and never experienced this. 
This pregnancy I literally feel like the baby will come out any second. 
I feel like the baby is very very low and I have a lot of pressure in my privates. My back is on pain 24/7 probably because of the baby being low. 
I’ve never had any complications but this pregnancy I have been diagnosed with preeclampsia. I’m not sure if this is totally normal to feel since it’s my 3rd child or should I tell my doc/have her check to see.

Why wouldn’t you tell her? They’re going to ask how your doing anyways might as well be honest. When it comes to you & your baby’s health drs need to know anything that’s going on.

I felt my baby sitting low as well..I thought nothing of it I just thought she was sitting low..when I went in for my 20 week scan I was told I had an incompetent cervix and was sent to the hospital to get a cerclage..hopefully everything is fine

You should tell her how you're feeling and she'll decide if she needs to check you or not but I'm betting she probably won't feel the need to do a cervix check.
