Anyone else having a hard time staying hydrated?

Camille • ♥️ IVF baby 03/2021 • Miracle baby 11/2017 ♥️

I’m 30 weeks and I feel like crap and I keep getting Braxton Hicks (here and there, nothing consistent) and I know it’s because I’m not drinking enough water. I was drinking 60-70oz a day and now I feel like it’s a struggle to even get like 40oz in.

My acid reflux is so bad sometimes even sipping water makes my throat burn, and I can’t have too much in my stomach within ~3hrs of going to bed or my reflux is so bad I feel like I’m going to throw up. And even during the day I can’t drink the same volume of water I normally do because I am a small person (5’1”) so my uterus is always pressing on my stomach now and if I eat or drink too much at once I get so uncomfortably full and bloated. 😩

It feels physically impossible to drink as much as I need to. I don’t remember struggling this much with my first pregnancy, I feel like I drank 64oz a day with no problems other then remembering to drink lol.

(Not looking for medical advice - I have talked to my doctor about the reflux, I’m trying otc meds this week and she said to let her know if that doesn’t help and she’ll write me a prescription for something else.)

I’m just so uncomfortable and frustrated and need to let it out somewhere. 🥸
