Strange spotting? Have you guys experienced this?

I got my iud November 2020 the day after my period ended, so I didn’t experience any blood until my next period came. My period was pretty light and after about 4 days I started only spotting. But since then the spotting hasn’t stopped. It’s almost time for my next period and I still spot everyday, will I even get another period?

The blood that comes out is really strange too. It’s this deep dark brown that’s thin like discharge and smells like a pad you’ve

had on for too long. Have you guys ever experienced this? Does it ever end?
