Job question

How would you guys feel or how would you react if you signed up for a job and they never told you you would be on the phone talking with people 24/7. Like a customer service job. My job title is an academic advisor but in the job posting they never told us we would be answering calls and that’s it.

I thought I would be doing one on one meetings with students, going to meetings and what not. Here I am literally answering phones and talking to students but like just as a customer service job and I hate talking on the phone all day non stop.

Like how could they not mention that in the job posting????? Im annoyed. I mean it has good benefits and the money is okay but still. Idk I just hate talking on the phone.
