Protein Shakes
I'm looking to start replacing lunch with a good protein shake to help me lose some weight after having and breastfeeding twins, but I have zero experience in this area and my weight has gotten a bit out of control for me since weaning. Something that tastes good so I'm not turned off by the experience. What are some good ones and how do you mix them? With milk? Almond milk? Water? Do you need those shaker bottles? Any help is very much appreciated and TIA!
(I am already following a healthy diet plan, I just want to help give myself a boost and explore something new and packed with protein.)
