Sex chromosome abnormalities

I recently got the blood test (that tells you if the baby has down syndrome ect.) But also gives you gender. I received my results and was told mine showed a sex chromosome abnormality , but a y chromosome was present. And said few things like it could be in the placenta , or false positive . I was referred to genetic counseling and just wondering if anybody else has received the same results , and what your outcome ended up being. Bc as im told right now , is that if I am having a boy it should be healthy , but if im having a girl she will have turners syndrome. And im stressing
