Give me your stories

Has anyone gotten an ultrasound and saw no baby and everything turn out fine? I went today at what I think is 6w2d and they did both abdominal and transvagional. They said the gestational sack was measuring 7 weeks, but there was nothing inside. Doctor was super nice and told me to come back in a week. I've had two chemical pregnancies and one blighted ovum just in the last 6 months, so I am already so nervous this pregnancy. But this time seems different. My HCG was good when it was checked and more than doubled, I've been super sick and tired and all the symptoms I never had the last 3 times, but this just knocked me down and made me think it won't happen for us again. Give me your stories. I need some hope while I wait this out.
