Help my face is peeling!

I am 13 weeks and for the last few days, my skin around my mouth has been so dry. It’s now peeling off! No lotion is helping. I have no idea why it’s so bad...is this pregnancy related? I w never had this before and the rest of my body is fine. Any tips?
