How does one teach “self soothing”
How do I teach my 5 month old how to self soothe? I always have to rock my LO to sleep then I put her in the crib. When she wakes up randomly she will cry until I come in and put soother in or pat on belly but if that doesn’t work I pick her up & rock her back to sleep.
Any tips?
