Alternative to rice cereal?

Looking for good alternatives to rice cereal? 
We won’t be starting solids until 6 months (babe is exclusively breastfed) and we really don’t want to use rice cereal (due to the inorganic arscenic it contains) 
 Are there any other cereals you recommend? Healthier versions? 
Or any other “first foods”?

Look into baby led weaning. It’s great for baby, I love it and wouldn’t ever do purees after BLW.

Baby led weaning was fantastic. Did it with all three of my kids and will do it with my fourth child as well.

We did baby oat cereal mixed with breast milk. We then moved onto peas, carrots, and sweet potatoes. We also did baby led weaning too with broccoli, zucchini, avocado. I would hold a raspberry or strawberry for baby to nibble on, she loved that. I put frozen peas in a little teether for her, made a lot less mess than fruit
