venting about my shitty grocery shopping trip

i really wanted to try a slider recipe that i got from tiktok (lol) went to safeway and my baby girl was fussing the entire time so i was starting to get anxious. i was trying to find everything as quickly as possible but i couldn’t find any frozen patties anywhere and it took my 15mins to find the hawaiian sweet rolls. when i finally did, i went to check out, the sweet lady scanned all my groceries and bagged them only for me to realize that my wallet wasn’t in my backpack. i thought i put it back in but i guess i didn’t. instantly started to panic but then i remember,, APPLE PAY! oh guess what? got a new phone so forgot to set up my cards. i felt sooo embarrassed telling the lady that i forgot my card. i cried the entire way home and got lost too since i suck at driving at night. now i’m home, crying and hungry. 🥲
