Married folks did you grow up with the fear of not finding the “one” /marriage?

It seems like everyone my age has this fear female and male! So curious if many others did?

Yes I had my doubts and always second guessed my relationships. I’d ask my older friends “how do you know if he’s the one” to which I got the best response “you wouldn’t be asking that question” 
It’s true, when I met my husband I just knew

Maybe I was really arrogant or just super naive? I just always assumed that I was awesome enough that someone would like me enough to marry me 😂😂 (thankfully I wasn’t wrong and my husband puts up with my shit).

Nope because i don't believe in "the one" i think there are a bunch of people that  can be "the one" you just both have to commit and make it work. Relationships take work and effort  for them to last. The in love feeling faids then the choosing to love starts.

Personally I didn’t really care for the entire idea. I was prepared to be Oprah and stedman if need be. I didn’t know if I could make that commitment 🤷🏽‍♀️
