so this is my first pregnancy, im 29 weeks today and for the past 3/4 days it’s just hurts to walk.. i guess it’s my uterus, it just hurts soooo bad and it doesn’t help at my job im on my feet all day walking around for 9 hours.. and i can’t call my obgyn bc they closed down at the end of 2020 and im in the process of trying to find a new one

Sounds normal.. when I walk around a lot I get super sore and it hurts to walk 🥴 I’m 30 weeks

My mother had this issue with my little brother and her divorce gave her a belly band to support her bump. They sell them on Amazon I believe

It’s definitely normal especially after work. When you can try to take a warm bath and relax. Also I use a belly band to take the pressure off.

I cannot recommend a belly band enough for this...it saves me from having the worst aches and pains at the end of the day. Also, super supportive sneakers have been a lifesaver if I don’t want to feel like I’m going to be crippled by 5pm. I got a belly band from Amazon for $20 and some really great shoes with serious support, they’re ugly as sin but idgaf bc not being in pain is way better than how these shoes look. I also bounce on a yoga ball at the end of the day to just chill out, that might help too!

Totally normal. I’m 29 weeks with my second and walking is the worst. My pelvis is killing me. My OB gave me some exercises to do (you can find them online too)

Im on my feet most of the time because of my job as well and it hurts to walk because of pelvic presses my OB said its normal especially with baby #2

Look into getting a band it helps with your back and lifting the belly a little

I got this with my last one and now with this one. Both my babies went head down around this time and the pressure on the pelvis is horrible when walking. Can’t push anything with my feet now either.
