Cardio and hunger level
So I’m training for a backpacking trip this summer and I am all for mixing weight training with cardio throughout the week, but I need to start doing a little more cardio. However when I do more cardio o get super hungry- despite eating healthy fats and proteins and making sure I get healthy carbs, any tips?
Also yes I know it’s a little in advance to train for something in the summer but bc of Covid and school I need to space my training out as it really depends on my schedule.
