Implantation cramp?

Hi everyone! Just wanting some info please if anyone has had a sharp pain in their left ovary/lower side for implantation to get a BFP? I don’t know exactly when I ovulated (somewhere between 26th-31st dec (I stopped taking opks when I would get a peak but never a BFP to follow 😔)), so we just went with what we thought this time around.. but somewhere between 6-11days after ovulation I had a very sharp pain in my lower left side that I had to bend over and hold my body for a little before it went away.. is this a sign of anything?? That was now 3 days ago.. I have also been having some strange dreams that I remember the next day (which I usually don’t), and some other symptoms that I don’t usually have either?? Thank you!!
