Relationship problems

Okay ladies This is seriously a hard topic to talk about but I’m so unhappy in my relationship it’s been almost 5 years we have a child together but I am so unhappy. He became so lazy hasn’t had a job since the pandemic, we are literally living off his father . I told him multiple times I’m unhappy and how WE as a team can try to work it out but it’s all 1 sided . he is a grown man and can’t keep up the responsibilities of having a significant other and a child . I wanna just pack up and leave but I know I’ll hurt and so will he but it’s not health to be in a unhappy relationship I’m so lost in this situation
