Dealing w pregnancy anxiety ?

I’m always so irrationally anxious about getting pregnant on my IUD. I have Kyleena, and although i study medicine and i KNOW so well the effects of the hormones (cramping, spotting, irregular periods) as well as the high efficiency, I still have the worst fears about getting pregnant.

Slight bloating, any time i have sore boobs, any spotting and i’m immediately deep in the spiral.

About two years ago I had the paragard IUD, and actually got pregnant on it. I had a surgical abortion as there was no way i could support a child while in school (+having many more years of hard work to go) and it was definitely the best choice for me. But since then i’ve been INSANELY anxious about it happening again🤦🏻‍♀️.

How do you ladies cope with the fear of getting pregnant??
