Bleeding After Sex

So, I have an IUD and it’s on its last year. The last few months, I’ve noticed that I have a moderate amount of bright red bleeding with eggwhite-like discharge after having sex. I’ve mentioned to my GYN about it and, since I don’t have insurance that they accept anymore, I feel like they’re blowing me off and don’t want to deal with it.

Is this something I should be concerned with? I don’t have any cramps with it and it doesn’t matter if I’ve just ended my period or am a couple weeks post.
