😞 Lost

Hey. So I was wondering if anyone could give insight on if I’m miscarrying or not. I just found out I was pregnant on Thursday!! Great but today I went out shopping and I start cramping I thought it was just because I didn’t eat or drinking anything because once I got home I drank a bottle of water and ate some food the cramps went away. But then tonight they came back and then I notice blood (pinkish) and only when I wipe. That kinda went away and now it’s dark red but only when I wipe. I’m just curious I’ve had miscarriages before but not this early so I don’t know (also I’m use to implantation bleeding but that didn’t happen this time so I was lost)
