Sick and not able to workout ππ
I'm almost 13 weeks and am pretty fit in my normal pre-pregnant life, working out 4-5 days a week. And eat healthy. But since getting pregnant, I've been so nauseous and exhausted after work I've not been able to work out. Only walked a few times in the beginning. And I eat whatever sounds good, which is not healthy food. I'm super scared about getting big and not being healthy and not working out and staying strong for birth and baby.
Just need to share with other moms to be and know I'm not alone
