Subchorionic hematoma/ hemorrhage

Have any of you mommas had a subchorionic hematoma while pregnant? I went into the er last week with heavy bleeding and huge clots. The doctor did an ultrasound the baby looked amazing and the heartbeat was 173 but the ultrasound showed a subchorionic hematoma. Just wondering if any of you mommas had this during pregnancy and how your pregnancy went. I am on pelvic restrictions (no sex which I’m super horny with these hormones) and on a 10 pound weight restriction.
