Itchiness

So I just got off my period yesterday, but I notice it the day after my period started. My vulva and the area around it has been so itchy the past few days. Today, while i was shaving I saw redness and irritation down there. I have not ised any soaps or changed tampon brands. I free-bled on my third day because I was just laying around the house. What could this be? Yeast infection?
