Teething??

Question

I’m wondering if my 4 month old is teething. He has two small indentions on his bottom gum where teeth would be. He’s fussy, drooling, chewing on his hands, and is slightly congested. Could this be it?? FTM

Yes, could be. My son started teething around then although it took until a few weeks after 6 months for the teeth to finally pop. But he was drooling sooo much at 4 months. When he got congested we started running his humidifier while he slept. We were also advised to lift the head of his mattress up just a little bit so the congestion when down to clear his nose a little bit.

Sounds like it. My first got her first tooth just before 4 months. She had 6 teeth by 6 months.
