Vitamins for TTC
Does anyone take vitamins daily to aid in TTC? I’m thinking about starting a couple different vitamins, would it be worth it just to get a multi-vitamin or take a bunch of separate vitamins?
Also what vitamins do you take? I currently only take iron supplements.
