Miscarriage *TMI*

Sorry for the *TMI* photo... but...

I am 5 weeks pregnant as of yesterday. Went to bed last night was fine, woke up with morning had brown spotting with a small clot. No cramping. Couple hours later there is brown blood on the pad and when I wiped more clots and blood is more dark red. Now I am having cramping... gradually building to what feels like period cramps... I will be calling my doctor but... doesn’t look good...

Does this look like I am having a miscarriage? Anyone else experience this and not lose their baby?
