Finally asking for help...

Its time to ask for medical help.. what should i expect?? Anything specific I should ask about? I have 2 girls already. 13 & 11. I had my Mirena for 9 years. We decided we want one last baby. Im 31 my husband is 33. I had my Mirena taken out August of 2019. I expected to fall pregnant fast. When it didn't happen I used opk's and got positives regularly between cd12-cd14. I would get AF 13 days after ovulating. When that didn't work I tried using bbt with opk's thinking maybe I just wasn't actually ovulating. Again my bbt rises when it should. Im confused and frustrated. I feel we are timing things right and I have all the right signs but its just not happening. Tomorrow im taking the plunge and calling my obgyn.
