Feel so alone

You know I understand I'm a stay at home mom, but feeling like I take care of my fiance and I 3 month old son alone really grinds my gears. I feel like I'm a bother if I go take a shower and leave our son with him.. tired of all of it.. I dont even ask for him to watch our son while I use the restroom sometimes anymore.. I feel like its inconvenient ..Sick of him being on his computer with his friends all the time. I feel so alone all the time.
