Advice please x

What has everyone done/is planning to do when return to work but baby is still breastfeeding, with 3 solid meals a day? My little boy has BM through the day around his breakfast, lunch and tea. He is 12 months old now and I have to return to work in a couple of weeks. I am so stressed about this. Health visitor told me to just give him water but has given some wrong advice previously so I have trust issues 🙃 thanks for help x
