Painful and consistent contractions after sex 34 weeks pregnant

Im having very painful contractions that come every 5 minutes but only lasting about 1 minute after my hubby and I had sex 2 hours ago. They are so painful I have to breathe through them and they seem to be getting more painful.

I’ve been laying down on my left side drinking water but it’s not helped a bit. This is my second pregnancy. I never experienced this with my daughter.

I always get Braxton hick contractions after sex but only if *tmi* he finishes in me. They’ve never been painful or consistent like this.

Should I be concerned? My doctors office is closed right now I would have to go to ER. I’m hoping they will stop very soon or should I go in now?
