Did anyone get ib at 5w3d? TMI pics

Hi all, I had some spotting yesterday that started light pink and changed to a darker pink (pics below) and of course completely freaked out (previous mc/chemicals and history of large ovarian cysts etc) I cried and was convinced I am losing the baby, anyway fast forward to this morning and there’s no bleeding/spotting anymore, I do have some cramping but it’s not severe just like period pain but not quite as intense. I went out to get some more tests just to see if the lines were still there and they are in fact darker than they have ever been (dye stealers) so I’m hoping the spotting was normal? Nothing to worry about? I’ve heard a lot of women can get a late implantation bleed (up to 8 weeks) so could it have been that? Or something else? Have you had this? Did it turn out okay? I have an early scan next week but I’m out of my mind with worry.
