Pcos dating

Okay so I'm 25 and I'm a woman with pcos and I don't have no kids so far and I'm dating a guy that is 26 years old and have a one and half son. Me and the guy gets along somewhat but it is just that he have a kid and I don't is what I really don't like. I think it might be because I haven't had a child before and it been hard to. Plus it's a little baby mama drama too. I feel like if I had a kid then maybe but since I don't idk ...what should I do I don't wanna be selfish but it's kinda a big thing for me
