UK Ladies - sorry long post!

Does anyone else in the UK work in an office and you're pregnant during this pandemic?!

If so, have you had any alterations to your job?

A risk assessment?

Do you have the option to work from home? Are you working from home?

Basically my employer knows I'm pregnant, (has known since I was 5 weeks) I haven't had a pregnancy risk assessment,  nor have they said I can work from home even though is a very easy option for me.

I am 18 weeks tomorrow and I feel I've been forgotten about.

I work in a childcare setting where I can socially distance from the children, however the other people in the office cannot distance from the children. And they cannot be distant from me.

(On some days I am used to cover staff lunches so have to be with the children)

Is this normal?! Or even allowed? I know other ladies that were pregnant during the 1st lockdown were put on furlough. They were always with the children though. Although were still open as normal, does my employer have to change how things are for me? As I'm the only one pregnant in the office and I feel like I've been forgotten.

What rights do I have?

I'm so stressed about it all. I dont want to go on sick leave and it affect my mat leave, but as cases are worsening, I dont feel safe..

Sorry for the long post/rant. I've tried 5+ years for this baby and now it has finally happened, I'm petrified of something happening.
