1st trimester spotting

So LMp was nov 12- I should be 10 weeks but I was spotting over Christmas pretty bright red for days we did an ultrasound and there was a sac no baby- for 2 weeks I assumed miscarriage and went in for a second ultrasound baby and heartbeat -

6w5d but hb was 124. I had stopped spotting but had some again today - it’s just when I wipe once or twice a day

I go back this week for growth and hb check. I’m so nervous it’s still low or baby isn’t growing ( I haven’t had symptoms like I did with my other two- enhanced smell- boob tenderness) 😓

Has anyone else had spotting most their first trimester? Or a lower heart beat at a first ultrasound? What was the outcome ?
