Anyone else?

I go to sleep very tired around 12-1am but I wake up EVERY day around 4am and I can’t sleep after that. I don’t know why this is happening. Every morning I wake up 4am and my body hurts, my bones, my BACK.

I can’t find a good position to sleep in and I’m just so tired of waking up at 4am and not falling asleep again. It’s my 3rd pregnancy, my toddlers are home so they wake up around 8-9am and you can’t imagine show shitty I feel from not being able to sleep. I’m 22 weeks. Anything I can do to sleep throughout the night? 😭
