Constant UTIs

Hi I’m hoping someone could help me or had a similar experience. I’m currently 6w 4d pregnant with my second and this is my 3rd pregnancy. My first with my son I had constant UTIs 4-5 a month and since then 2 years ago I get them every 3-6 months. My pregnancy earlier this year resulted in loss and I had a UTI that my doctors wouldn’t refer me to a specialist for and never went away. I had a miscarriage and then the UTI stopped. I’m pregnant now and of course it’s happening again, it’s bad now and I do bleed from it, It’s starting to get physically painful. I’m not miscarrying as of yet. I’m taking probiotics, over the counter everything I can until I can get in to see a doctor. What can I do until then? Also my body is prone to not even accepting the antibiotics. Really starting to get scared of potentially loosing this baby as well. Thanks.
