Trying to conceive

So I have been trying to conceive for 3 months now but this month is different I thought I had started my monthly cycle yesterday which to me I thought was my normal flow but now today I have no flow at all and was wondering should I take a test or just assume it’s my cycle and move on I know this will be my 3rd baby but I’ve never had problems like this with my other 2 wondering if it was implantation bleeding or just my cycle if that makes sense. Also has anyone used conceive plus or recommend anything to help the process
