Picking up the broken pieces ..
New Year’s eve I got the wonderful news that I was pregnant! I was so excited to share with my fiancé , sadly this Saturday I woke up bleeding . I was rushed to the ER, and it was confirmed that I was having a miscarriage. 💔 I’ve cried for days, and I have the best support system my family & friends(who knew) have been amazing. I just don’t know what to do now ?.... I feel empty
