Do you check slides for razor blades before you let your child go down it?

My mother in law is trying to say I’m irresponsible for not checking! I honestly didn’t ever consider it, I mean I check for no mud on the slide and stuff but never once in my life has the thought “ just in case of razor blades” popped into my head (also live in a high income town if that makes a difference)
