There’s no such thing as “safe” bedsharing. Everyone will preach the “safe 7”, but the ear are just things you do to make it safe-r. 
I would never bedshare. I have worked in child welfare for many years, and I have seen this result in real tragedy. I encourage you to keep trying the crib or maybe a pack n play or bassinet. Sometimes you have to be super super consistent and just figure out what makes baby comfortable to sleep.
I will be honest, my daughter was never a great sleeper until sleep training. But I think consistency and trial and error are key here. Don’t cave.

Yes! And I love it. So does baby. Follow the safe sleep seven rules and you are good. Honestly, I have never been a super tired mom because even though my baby wakes a ton I can get him to sleep super quickly and we lay back down together. I feel so much safer having him right next to me too.

My daughter didn’t like her crib either as a newborn. I never once let her sleep in our bed. Know what? Once we hit 3 months she has slept like an angel. She’s 2.5 now and still sleeps like an angel. 
Start sleeping with her now and I guarantee you’ll be desperate to get her out sooner or later. And it will be a battle.

I loved bed sharing when my baby was a newborn! He’s 6 months now and sleeps through the night in his crib for about 3 weeks now. And I miss having him in bed with me ☹️

I bed share with my baby. She loves it. So much easier and quicker to breastfeed and get her resettled. I hoping that once she is able she can just attach in the night and I will barely have to wake up!

Have you tried a bassinet?  A crib is a big scary place for a lot of brand new babies.  I sleep with baby but follow the safe sleep 7 to a T and use an owlet.  I wouldn’t have been comfortable doing it otherwise.

I bed share with my one month old an she only wakes every 4 hours. I presss myself up against the wall and either have her on my chest with another pillow on the other side or k press myself up against the wall on my side with her next to me my arm under her and my knee curled. It works so well

My baby is 1 month and hates his pack and play and bassinet. We don’t bed share. It’s so dangerous... so what we do is take shifts. My man sleeps from 7 to 11:30 and I stay up and hold the baby, then I sleep from 12 to 5. It sucks but it’s what we have to do 🤷🏼‍♀️
