What to say

My boyfriend and I broke up but we still act like a couple no kidding or sex but hanging out and sleeping in the same bed and we cuddle and we’ve been spending more time together than ever. We live together and he’s brutally honest we agreed to talk in a week about us and let the situation cool. I asked why he agreed he said he doesn’t know yet. I’m so scared and idk what to say we broke up cause of school and my jealousy issues but I’m ready to change those issues I have no doubt in my mind I can have a great non jealous relationship especially now. I just hope it’s not too late. Any advice he still shows he cares and he never normally does. Please help idk what to say when we talk
