TTC with Irregular Cycles
Hi Everyone!
I’m 36 and my Hubby and I have been trying to conceive for about 2 years now. My cycles have never really been super irregular, but the last 9 mos or so they’ve been all over the place, making it very hard to track ovulation (even with opk) and the app.
Do you have any tips/tricks to help make them more regular? Anything that might help me know exactly when to BD with him.
(Last 6 mos for an example)
